WiCAN module allows to create CAN networks without connecting cables.
In addition, thanks to internal I/O resources, it allows to transmit in the same channel also the signals status, permitting their replication at receivers' side.
WiCAN can be used where the CAN cable connection is very difficult or impossible, like rotative conductors, star cabling configurations and so on.
The network performance is the same as traditional cabled networks.
The use of world-wide standard open frequency at 2.4 GHz and of frequency hopping technology grants high reliability and no sensitivity to interferences.
